Glenn Beck has his own line of jeans out now....found the loom that made the denim for Levi's for years.

They're under his 1791 brand. About $120 a pair.

Levi's are touting themselves as "the jeans of progress". When this one pair I have wears out, no more or me.

Wranglers make me look like I took a dump in my pants. Can't wear them.

I'll be looking at Duluth or Diamond Gusset now when I need a pair made in the USA.

You don't have to run away from me, I will never wear mom jeans.

I would hope not. That picture of you is way to hot to even think of that.

That makes perfect sense, since they want to get into each others' pants.

Oh great!  Someone posted my picture on People of Walmart.
Sometime maybe a couple of years ago, People of Walmart jumped the shark.

It became so well-known that people started posing the photos.

I think the new ones are mostly bogus.

Duluth Trading Co. is awesome.  I'm wearing a pair of their flannel-lined jeans right now.
ugh! just reading that makes my junk sweat! How you can wear those without boiling your reproductive parts amazes me.

Yes, but it is time to get beyond the jeans.  What is the automobile?  My best guess would be a Porsche 924.

Something like that , flannel lined pants, is common in country where 10 below is a warm winter day and the wind is only blowing about 15 - 20 MPH.

I always preferred, and still prefer, corduroy pants for cold weather.

I wouldn't be caught dead in any other sort of pants, including jeans, excepting of course when I'm required to wear a suit.

I dunno how corduroy stacks up when it comes to cushioning against the cold, but it's just a preference I've had since I was about, oh, two and a half feet tall, including in shorts (although nowadays I wear khaki shorts--but in winter, it's still corduroy pants).

I recall wearing corduroy stacks as a youngster. The wet snow would collect in the furrows of the pants and form an insulating layer of some respite from the cold.

I live in Michigan and work outside quite a bit during the winter. I cannot wear those pants! :-)
