Mmmmmm . . . I love eating the coconut shreds right out of the bag. A couple of weeks ago, after BBQing, we toasted marshmallows and then rolled them in coconut shreds and dark chocolate chips -- freaking amazing!! Total sugar OD but worth it!

I wonder how they would be dipped in some M&Ms, too. Don't you just love the charring on the outside of the marshmallow and the gooiness on the inside? They taste very different, don't they, when toasted as opposed to untoasted. Or maybe it's that melted creamy
texture underneath the outer char....
