So my four person company has a better backup system than the IRS ?
Each of our computers houses the "PST" file that contains all emails.
Our onsite server keeps an archive file of emails over six months.
This server has three backups, an external hard drive, an online backup, an additional online backup that backs up in real time (every 5 or 10 minutes).
We use an MS Exchange Server company that is housed 30 miles from our company location which is backed up on a regular schedule.
In addition to all that, I personally create a disk image of each client computer every three to four months in case of a crash or virus.
Yes, I'm anal but we are better at this than the IRS ???
