Seems to me that online directions from one place to another are probably more reliable than Amber's ability to read them.

What happened was, it was the printers fault.  The printer printed all the directions on the WRONG side of the paper.  She had to hold the paper up to the light to read the directions but that made it all backwards.  She was doing a miraculous job of just getting to where she did!  Don't judge her until you've printed a thousand directions out on her printer and tried to follow them!!!

I make a practice run for job interviews, if I'm not familiar with the area. 

GOBUCKS, that's what I thought too, about the Dept. of Education.  Of course that's not where they come from.  But, it's typical in their thinking that all needs come from the font of government. 

I'm enjoying this saga immensely.

Tucson must be loaded with call centers, to take advantage of low-cost illegal mexicans, indians, and vagrants like Amber.

After a few years experience, Amber could take over for Rachel at cardmember services.

So, $10.00/hr and all the cash she can find stuffed in donation envelopes. Got it.
Now all we have to do is find a way for LFR to not even be present to earn the hourly rate.
Failing that at least find a way for her to sleep or perform some other unproductive tasks that may be to her liking while on the clock.
