Hussein enacted DACA which delays deportation but provides no path to citizenship. DACA people are not eligible to receive healthcare from the exchanges.

give them the medical care to save their life and send them the bill.  If they don't pay the bill, make their country of residence pay the bill.  If their country of residence doesn't pay the bill, deduct it from any foreign aid we send that country.

I agree. I'm not in favor of amnesty. I'm simply stating the facts as related to illegals receiving government healthcare. They can't, even if protected under Obamas self enacted version of Dream. It was kind of a big deal in the immigrant community actually and they are pissed about it.
