GravityCollapse might want to check and see if he actually HAS a policy. It appears the backend (where the government is supposed to forward the policy sign ups to the insurance companies that actually issue them) isn't working so well. But it IS hard to see what needs to be done when you have your head stuck so far up 0bama's ass.
