I vote no.

Skins does a service to humanity by keeping DU up and running as close to 24/7 as possible. By collecting primitives into a small, contained area, he makes it easy to study them and (more importantly) identify them.

When DU is shut down, they wander off.

I emphatically voted yes. Simply because if you shut down the DUmp, even for 24 hours, you'll have a whole bunch of worthless, unemployed lunatics who are addicted to that cesspool that will be anxious and miserable.  "What's wrong with DU!?  What's wrong with DU!!!???"

There is nothing better than a miserable Obama voter, even sweeter when they are DUmbasses.
