Everybody Remember Fitzmas

I see people here already counting the days until they can piss on Christie's political grave. Some are even floating the idea of criminal charges and the not if hell froze over ideas of resignation and impeachment.

I remember getting caught up big time in the giddy days of Fitzmas. Thinking that Rove and maybe even Cheney would get wound up and brought down in a massive investigation by Patrick Fitzgerald. In the end we got Scooter ****in' Libby and we barely even got him.

Keep the dream of an end to the career of this asshole but don't forget that it's probably a long shot. My best guess is this will seriously hurt him in NJ but probably not so much Nationally.

We can hope for an end to Christie's political ambitions and there's no doubt that this is going to cost him something no matter how it turns out but most people in the country barely have an idea of what the GWB is and don't know that blocking three lanes of traffic for a few days can back things up for hours each day to hundreds of thousands of people trying to get across.

Mark it on your calendars, folks.

May 12's the day.

The eighth anniversary of Fitzmas.

Oh, how well I remember that day.

Because like an idiot I trusted the Bostonian Drunkard, I got up early the morning of May 12, 2006, and set my computer permanently on the Drudge Report, "refreshing" the page every half-minute to catch the story when it showed up.

All I got out of it was ten hours of wasted time, the "refresh" icon worn off the screen, and the left-click of the mouse burned out.

The great Fitzmas Purge. When the truly crazy and stupid DUchebags got rid of saner DUches like Old Lefty Lawyer for speaking of facts and reality in the legal system. Then came the Hillary supporter purges. The DUmp is the perfect mini experiment of their leftist policies. Only in real life the leftists kill their opponents not just tombstone them.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

It's (was) the most wonderful time of the year...
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

18. I remember someone at TruthOut and a poster here said Rove was to be indicted.

that 24 hour business thing that obviously flopped bad
.. now I forget whether that was related to the Fitzmas era or a separate dissapointment.

I wonder who that could have been?  :-)

DUmmie knows exactly what it was related to.  Tries to feign indifference.  Not working, DUmpmonkey.  :loser:
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

Hey DUmmies, it's a fake scandal, Christie found out about this on the news just like the rest of us did. So what difference does it make?
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

I thought they weren't allowed to use that word (FITZMAS) over there.  Surprised Willy hasn't posted his thoughts yet.
