If you are anywhere near Tucson, the queen of suction could have accidentally inhaled it while on duty in the projects.  The local KOA put out a BOLO after chrome plating was reported missing from trailer hitches.

Don't take all our fun away though.   Although I have said for a while now there are a lot of posters at DU that don't get any attention because of the attention whoring efforts of a few.   Perhaps if there are gone, we will notice the gems in the mix.
