One of the good things of going down to Mexico

I got a few family recipes, one will need modifying, going back to the Shtetl. Tomorrow getting potatoes to make the potato cake, with a good meal.

I also got my mom's flan recipe, already modified for us diabetics. I guess I can share later, I just need to send me an email from the Ipad.

1. One of the things I miss about living in El Paso was the food

Many of the people I worked with would bring in different dishes and eating over at friends' homes opened us up to all sorts of Hispanic and native family dishes that were incredible. I was introduced to flan by one of our neighbors and I've never had it since that was anywhere nearly as good. I miss homemade tamales around Christmas time also.

2. I will post the recipe later

and all errors and problems, blame my mother.

It is time consuming, but not that bloody difficult.

Now the potato latke and cake (not quite a cake, baked dish) that my dad used to do, that should be a joy, though will need to go find a finer blade for the food processor.

I can't wait.

She's been showing up in many of the small forums to announce she's back.

Tailoring her announcement of course to the subject of the forum.

She's even been in the pets forum.

Okay, I'll take a wild guess and say that alopecia is not a side effect of diabetes?

I think alopecia is one of those little yappy breeds of dogs.
