Tell him to sit tight and pay the fine if necessary. He doesn't really need insurance. What risk is there in sitting in your mom's basement? Radon gas is the only thing I can think of off the top of my head.

The poster claims to have a 28 year old grandson living in their basement that's too (fill in the blank with a derogatory adjective) to get his OWN insurance.
What we have here is a whole nest of DUmmies, and what we need to do is nuke it from orbit. (It's the only way to be sure.)
By 28, I had 2 boys (6 and 2), drove a truck three days a week and farmed the rest of the time.
Makes me mad as hell we not only let people like this live, we subsidize it!!!
