Fort Hood and now this shooting are Bill Clinton's and the left's fault.

Slight correction: :cheersmate:
Quote
...It appears this “gun-free zone” type policy can actually be traced back to Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 5210.56, signed into effect in February 1992 by Donald J. Atwood, deputy secretary of defense under President George H.W. Bush.

<snip>

Some outlets are citing Army Regulation 190-14, a policy implemented in 1993 that changed policy regarding carrying firearms on the Army’s military bases, to cast blame on Clinton.

However, that policy specifically notes part of its purpose is aimed at implementing “applicable portions of Department of Defense Directive 5210.56,” which, as previously stated, was put into effect by Bush Sr.’s deputy secretary of defense...

So we have a progressive to blame for it, but he was a progressive REPUBLICAN, not a Dhimmi'Rat.  :thatsright:

I'm curious, with what we know of Obama's background could he have obtained a Top Secret clearance if he was an actual military candidate? Or a contract worker?

My husband was a contractor and had the top clearance for a civilian. It was a very thorough check going back to his days as a juvie. On his jobs at military facilities, some, required that he be with an escort all day every day.

His admitted use of cocaine would probably have prevented him being issued a clearance.
Help keep America beautiful...deface a liberal.

The Democrat and Republican parties are simply the left and right wings of the same bird of prey.

The road to freedom is paved with dead liberals.

Army regulation 190-14 actually implements a policy put in under George H.W. Bush, meaning Bill Clinton is not responsible for a lack of armed personnel on military bases. Additionally, the DoD told TheBlaze the Army regulation wouldn’t apply to other branches of the military like the Navy. (Source: Army regulation 190-14)
