If Amber is to be believed, she gives off the "steal from me" vibe. If she wasn't setting out the welcome mat for every drive-off artist and shoplifter in Joplin, then how did the money disappear from the till?

I see this woman as not a victim but as a bully.
Ever know a female that gets themselves in a pickle and calls home for help. Family comes to her aid and she goes home to use the relatives with no thought of being greatfull. Wonderful, she has no regard for family if they do not bend to her will. Socialpath--All for me and none for you.
Once home the first few weeks are to break their ass to help the family that helps them. Puts the family into trust and they figure she has turned their life around. Baby steps as She step by step begins to slack off, cannot keep a job or convinces the family she is going to on line college classes when the family are told she got a GED somewhere but cannot remember where or when she got it.
She knows well the way to work the system, how to work the social services, unemployment, the Churches and every soup kitchen. She knows what to say and what not to say to get "HELP" and is a good reader of others, how to control them, what buttons to push for her own gains. She has street smart that we do not have
She is not in any kind of danger, it is those that come in contact with her that becomes Her victim.
I have run into one or two of these woman, they destroy lives and whole family's with their desire to control anyone be it family, children that just disappear with 10 different reasons, no explanation to family, the kids are just gone.----------
This woman reminds me of becoming entangled with some one like her. Still gives me night mares as when facing the mentally ill does to most of us, scares the hell out of me.
