the only way an individual worker has parity with a corporation or wealthy employer is within an organized union.
As usual, the risk-adverse helmet-children refuse to understand the incentives for taking risks and the potential disaster inherent to the undertaking. Everything should be chocolate unicorns and endlessly sprouting money trees for the lowliest worker (D)Ubee who misses four days work per month, is, at best, a marginal performer and has the ambition of a daily pot smoker.

Riddle me this needle, boi: How is it that, after over fifty years of unionization, the US automakers still lag behind those foreign owned and produced in "right to work" states.
