Right.  But groups not on the list can be discriminated against for who they are.

So, what's next, Gracie? Homosexuality is a sin to God . . . what about all those other sins? Adultery, divorce, murder... the list goes on and on. Certain Christians are using homosexuality as their bully pulpit and you ALL know it. If I were to adhere to the bible, I would have to agree that slavery is the natural state of man, as it is stated in the bible. If you acknowledge that slavery is endorsed in the New Testament, do you feel that slavery is morally correct? Or are you going to say that it is a moral wrong to accept slavery? If you reject one moral argument because it doesn't apply to modern times, what is keeping you from rejecting all?

Way to go San Antonio. Cities in Texas, like Austin, Lubbock, Abilene, Amarillo, Corpus Cristi, and El Paso will welcome you with open arms, to the league of Texas cities who have already passed Anti-Discrimination Ordinances. Now if the Texas State Legislature would do the same, so the cities, wouldn't have to do this on their own. Hopefully, ENDA will make it though the US House and US Senate, so this matter of non-discrimination is taken out of the hands of the municipalities, townships, counties, and states who choose to discriminate against members of their populations.
