i Think I May Like My New CEO.

Last edited Thu Jul 25, 2013, 10:01 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1)

Started a new job this past Monday. Yesterday the CEO cam and spoke to us new hires in training.

My new boss(CEO) may actually be leaning liberal. He talks of environmental responsibility in liberal speak. Talks about how the company is on target to have the entire fleet on natural gas. Provides employees a means to make additional income without working more than the scheduled 40 hours, and is working towards reducing the amount of paper through implementation in to technology.

He is a proponent of public transportation, loves the idea of high speed rail and the expansion of electric power cars. He is for wind and solar energy and has plans to convert the HQ over to that in the next 3 years.

Encourages employees to be involved in picking trash up in their community's.

Also said that anyone who listens to Foxnews should have their heads examine if you really believe that is informative.

Best of all he provides an opportunity for employees to pay THEMSELVES more $$$ without working more than 40 hours.

Yep I think this guy and some employees are speaking my favorite language.

We need to bookmark this thread, odds are good Rsmith numbers will be posting about his repuke CEO before too long, right after he gets fired.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

The chances that DUmmy rsmithnumbers has a job are slim and none.

A leftist wet dream CEO? I don't think so.

1/2 bong for getting every leftist talking point in on labor and ecomania into this fictional company and CEO.

A CEO doesn't get to that level by being concerned about what kinds of TV shows/channels his employees watch. If he has time to care, he has time to do his job better.

Probably more like DUmmie breakroom sex...they go back and forth name repeating liberal code words to each other until one or both creams their jeans.

Liberal thinking is a two-legged stool and magical thinking is one of the legs, the other is a combination of self-loating and misanthropy.  To understand it, you would have to be able to sit on that stool while juggling two elephants, an anvil and a fragmentation grenade, sans pin.

If this fictional CEO were real he would write a book called;

HOW TO MAKE A SMALL BUSINESS.......OUT OF A LARGE ONE.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

The only part of this tale I believe is the CEO making the point that the employees WILL NOT work more than 40 hours. I figure once the primitive goes into overtime because of incompetence, the CEO will magically transform into a 1%er rethug.

Well, it's either that, or they're limiting them to 29 hours to avoid putting anyone on as full-time employees.

The rsmith primitive is dumb enough to believe anything, including an increase in his chocolate ration from 100 grams, to 75 grams.

I Hate These Idiots

I had to do the meet and greet and give the official approved Corporate spiel to the new soon to be ex employees the temp agency sent over today.

This is the best and brightest?

I mean seriously, could ONE of these X Box playing pot smoking cretins have thought to run a comb through their hair before they showed up for a meeting with the guy signing their checks?  Looks like none of them retained anything their parents taught them about personal hygiene.  Gotta remember to have the carpets and chairs steam cleaned before the next meeting with my department heads.

I told them about how we're converting our fleet of company cars to natural gas, how I plan to have the HQ converted to wind and solar in the next couple years.  We're not really going to do that you see, but it's what I said we were gonna do so I could get that big green energy loan from the EPA to expand our production facility.  I figure once it's built we'll just toss some cheap Chinese made solar panels on the roof and call it a day.

Then I made a point to talk extensively to them about the joys of public transportation.  I figured I'd better do that given the fact that by the looks of it, NONE of them own a car and I doubt mommy or daddy wants to drive their adult child to and from work every day, even if it does get them of the couch in the basement for a few hours.

Also mentioned taking the train. It doesn't drop off in front of the building like the bus does but it's faster, just gotta dodge a few bullets from the local gang bangers when you walk from the platform to work.

I also gave them a great way to make extra money outside their normal 40 hour work week by coming to my lake estate and serving as car valets and waiters for the get togethers I hold every saturday evening.

I encouraged them to treat this job seriously because the alternative is working part time for the city picking up trash off the city streets in your neighborhood.

There was one idiot in the back today, he's already on my sh*t list.  Did nothing but play on his iPhone the whole time I spoke texting or posting to FaceBook or something.  I'm guessing he'll be the first one to f*ck something up or misinterpret what I said today.

He'll be the first to go, and I'm gonna be the one to personally fire his @ss.

Maybe it's time I take that buyout offer from the Chinese conglomerate and retire to the Caymans.
