Actually, she's been worse than this today.
Earlier she reported--in General Discussion, not in the California forum--about some minor highway in San Diego being closed.
Ya know, I don't know if you remember this, but a long time back, when I was stationed there (in fact had just gotten off of Westpac) there was a gentleman--for lack of better description--who had stolen a tank from a National Guard armory and gone on a rampage on some not-so-minor San Diego freeways before SDPD and CHP shot the guy.
Makes me wonder how she would have covered THAT.
Then again, were I still living in CA, I'd have one of those Garmin GPS devices with real-time traffic updates. Believe you me, those things aren't "nice to have" items in SoCal, they're absolute necessities, since the radio stations seem to be way behind the curve all too often.
