But then I ran into this textbook example of a nadin word salad:

Here's some small level power company news....my electric company got a 7% raise last year and is now asking for 14% more this year. They are shutting down some older coal fired power plants......thank you Lord Obama and your wonderful EPA. Don't know what we would without you.
