He's had multiple posts about credit card debt, how it is affecting his life, AND posts about new bicycles and buying on that over-used credit card.  Now there is a plan to do it again.

I am thinking about buying my fantasy bike in the spring.
I'm considering one of these:

(links to several different bicycles snipped out)

Anyone have any insights into any if these, what I should look for?

2. I am looking forward to a new
long wheel base recumbent, but if I get it now I'd have to put it on a credit card.

I already have one LWB recumbent and a diamond frame bike (Transeo), and consider a credit card purchase (for another bicycle) at this time would be imprudent. Many people would agree with that (especially my wife.)

This too shall pass.

DUmbass would hurt himself walking across the street.
What the %@# does he need a two wheeler for?

I've had cars that I have paid less than that for.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

I have three cars in my driveway that I did't pay $8000 for.

I remember my first bike. It was a hand me down that was used completely up. It didn't even have a seat so you had to ride it standing up so as not to have the pipe that was supposed to hold the seat poking you in the ass.

Come to think of it, if I still had that bike I could probably paint it like a rainbow and sell to a DUmmie male for several thousand dollars.

If everyone is telling you you deserve something, vote for the one who is promising you the least. Be suspicious of the man or woman who tell you deserve everything. Because you don’t.” ---Mike Rowe

There's room for 7 cars, but my brother insists on parking his truck under the carport.

Think of the collection I could amass with room for seven cars.  That's the kind of stuff that would keep me up at night.

Just like no one needs more than 7 rounds to kill a deer, you don't need 7 cars.
We need to pass a law limiting garages to 3 or less.

No one needs an $8K bicycle. A Law should be passed against owning one.

Ahhh, maybe that's why I crashed my bike.  I paid $400 for mine, and I hated spending that much for it.  If I had one of them fancy $8K bikes, I wouldn't have crashed it, right?

I'd rather stay dead.

and then...lets steal it.

Just kidding. We wouldn't do that. But if I did, I would put it in a parking garage.
