Besides the good people in Chicago what value does it have? I still think that it would be easier to just nuke it and bury it when its done.

Every couple of months or so we hear about a huge drug bust happening on I-55 running up to Chicago.  Usually it's a routine traffic stop that turns into a bust of illegals smuggling pot.
