The problem isn't Walmart, Kmart or any of the big box stores that DUmmies love to gripe about. The problem is with the workers, and by no means do I mean all workers, but it seems a majority of the workers today demand a living wage for a minimum amount of labor.
If Walmart said tomorrow that if you want a raise that you have to earn it and set up the steps to earn that wage, how many workers would not only meet those expectations but surpass them? I say, not many will. I think most will gripe and whine, that in order to get a better wage, they have to do something to earn it.
The problem is, the left teaches people that they deserve CEO wages with none of the hard work or responsibility to get there. Then they wonder why people have become lazy. When you are taught that you are owed everything just because your mother didn't exercise her choice to kill you in the womb, then why should you have to work to get what you are told is rightfully yours.
