She can surely go to Goodwill and get way more clothing and toys than any Black Friday deal right?
Yep was thinking the same thing, Gina. I got a buttload of sweaters recently at the Salvation ARmy since

, well, I wanted some 'new to me' ones. I got several and my bill for that a great pair of boots and two pairs of jeans and a pair of dresspants was about 30 bucks. I get most of my teen daughters clothes from Plato's Closet. She got two great pairs of boots for 20 bucks.
Color me skeptical, but I see parents all the time who spend any extra money on themselves and let their kids walk around in rags. I'd have to know her personally, especially with a story coming second hand from a dummie, to believe it's really a hard luck case. I also notice gram and gramps didn't do anything extraordinary to help either--well like maybe shutting internet down for a couple of months to buy the kids cloths if its really that tight.
My budget doesn't sound as tight as they make theirs sounds and I won't be going out on black friday. Even with sales, there is too much temptation to overspend.
One more thing, where is daddy of these kids? Probably another guy who was happy to let the government do his job and the woman goes right along with it and spreads them wide. Our society is sick anymore. Can't even see it's own self-fulfilling prophecies.
