I think the speaking times came out as close as realistically expected but Bidens continual interruptions should have been more forcibly addressed.

Brit Hume seemed absolutely incensed at Biden's callous, rude behavior.

Mugging for the camera, laughing, gesturing, snarking, all of that. Ryan's appearance at times reminded me of a somewhat patient father dealing with a snotty 8-year old.
