Mannn's conclusion. The media will call it for Biden, but he came across as creepy and condescending.
Biden redeemed the Obama campaign with the home crowd but the numbers will not change.

Further this puts the onus on Obama to perform well next week. Romney is much more experienced than Ryan and will not let interruptions stop him.
