Yes, that makes sense to you. I'm talking about average everyday Americans watching this. It seems kind of funny that Ryan spouted being against the stimulus and then Biden pointed out that he asked for stimulus money on two occasions. Most people don't follow the truth like you do. That's all I mean.

I think the avg American is smart enough to realize that once congress has appropriated the funding, it's going to be spent so a congressman advocating for constituents is what they are elected to do.
