That person probably doesn't exist, but it's possible.

Are you factoring in Sens. Barbara Boxer and Patty Murray?

Good point, but yes. Slow Joe Biden is also in the mix.

Compared to Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, they're all Rhodes Scholars.
