Talking about and dreaming of killing the POTUS, certain members of the SCOTUS and the VP = good
Speculating about an assassination of a Democrat = bad?
Remember, the primitives are masters of projection.
If the Obamaite primitives are outraged by that simple statement of fact--that presidential primary campaigns can be, and have been, long--it's because it's in they themselves to wish such a thing, this peripheral insignificant comment about assassination.
I don't see where one can possibly come to another conclusion, especially given the stark fact that the Obamaite primitives Hate Hillary Clinton with a venomosity that seems near-supernatural.
Frank, I've been reading some of this idiocy myself, and it appalls me that even when RFK, Jr. calmly dismissed Clinton's remark about RFK, Sr. as nothing more than an historical observation, these primitive a-holes had the audacity to then turn on HIM because, after all, Obama had somehow been placed in a position of peril he hadn't been in before (because the Hillary She-Devil spoke the magic incantation!) and they didn't think Bobby, Jr. respected that enough.
Just when you think they can't get any more ridiculous and assinine, they freshly astound me.
Speaking of conclusions, the following is something I've been pondering since the other day when the remark was made and touched off this firestorm of manufactured outrage. I realize you are the great evaluator of all things primitive, so my apologies to you if you've spoken on the following topic previously.
If I may be excused from starting with obvious generalizations, I think that the DUmmies are primarily godless and anti-religious folk. In the sense that they sincerely believe that freedom
of religion means freedom
from religion, and that any mainstream observance or symbolism or acknowledgement of a higher Intelligence in the universe is anathema to them. They like to believe that they are superior in every respect, and their rejection of a personal relationship with God as unnecessary coincides with this particular illusion; that is, until tragedy hits them or their deathbed beckons.
But while they are suffering this illusion, they cannot cope without a sense of purpose or meaning underlying their existence, and their magically-thinking political fanaticism serves as a stopgap. An inadequate substitute, to be sure, which is why they are so easily frustrated and ready to construct or adopt supplementary false beliefs like 9/11 conspiracy theories and the Well-Laid Bush Plan For Invoking Martial Law.
At the core of their current dilemma, Frank, is the substitution of GWB for Satan, Rove and Cabinet as his henchmen, McCain and Clinton (and anyone who dares criticize or challenge their candidate) for Satan's minions, and Guess Who With the Big Ears as the Messiah. This, THIS is exactly what the entire phenomenon has been about, a mass hysteria that is actually just over-compensation for the godlessness. Everything leading up to this moment has been written in large, portentious, absolute terms by those very people who purport to despise fundamentalism. The players can all be identified as characters straight out of the Bible. And the coming GE will be their Armageddon.
Well, that's the short version. I'd love to hear your opinion and expansion upon that if I'm anywhere close to the mark.
