DUmmies Discuss Voter ID
« on: August 16, 2012, 11:23:53 AM »
DUmpmonkeys are all atitter over the prospects of having to show some proof of eligibility at the polls.

They'd love the system in the Peoples' Republic of Washington, where there are no polling places, just postcards available to anyone to fill out and mail in before election day.

To be fair, anyone logged in at the DUmp should be able to vote online at DUmp Central.

It is time to take this voter suppression problem to the United Nations. Desperate

action is needed in light of the Pennsylvania ruling. I feel like I am in the 60's again.

6. The Supreme Court has already upheld a similar law in Indiana. So good luck with that.

33. Threaten to declare Martial Law.

Courts are bought and paid for by the Fascists in this country, and these fascists want President Obama OUT.

But he has ONE power they're terrified of: his power to declare a state of emergency and to declare martial law that would suspend all elections until he lifts the declaration.

He doesn't have to do it. Just do as Paulson did - threaten it.

Huh? Pat Paulson?

7. Just heard Rev. Al on the subject

His Action Network has mobilized to get Voter ID's for as many people as possible. I suppose they take the people to stand in long , long lines -- ???

It needs to be an all out effort by masses of Democratic Activist.

Marches won't work for this because I can't see it actually forcing the bigots to do anything.

What can we do NOW?

Thank goodness! Al Sharpton is all over it!

31. Only viable resolution: Obama declares Martial Law

This will scare the oligarchs enough to back the eff down with their voter suppression tactics, and it will put the judges on alert.

This is clearly a national security risk against the American people. If Bush could do it to force Congress to pass TARP for the banksters, then surely President Obama can use it to protect the rights of the American people.

Huh? Before calling in Marshall Dillon or Marshall Law, we need nutcase nadin to put all this in context. DUmpmonkeys remind me more of Marshall Applewhite.

4. we need to take to the streets and protest

Election day need to protest at the polling place. No body in or out of the polling place unless the let you vote
That would be great! Paralyze the democrat ghetto polling places!

32. This will only result in the corporate powers to laugh you in the face.

It sure as hell didn't work in Florida in 2000 or Ohio in 2004, and it sure as hell won't work now.

Only solution: President Obama threatens to declare Martial Law and puts all those fascists on notice - including bought and owned judges. They wanna play hardball? No ball is harder than Martial Law.
DUmmy BlueCaliDem brings to mind the term "shithouse rat".

19. Instead of one mass march there should be coordinated protest across the

country at a specified time in every city. It will not matter if two, three, or thousands show up at each location. Even if the MSM ignores it, the coordinated effort will get the word out. The message will be sent and put those who specialize in voter suppression on notice that the world is watching.

How about a day where we don't spend one damn dime?

Like we have forced on other countries.

That would be the awesomeness on Corbett's corrupt regime to boot - UN forces standing watch in every polling station in PA on November 6th.

I think that DUmmies shouldn't be able to access the Internet until after they've taken their meds.

I do not, and will not be able to, understand why the DUmmies have such wadded panties over proving who you are with a photo ID in order to vote.  I voted in the primary here in Fla with no problem - gave the lady my driver license and my retired military ID card, she looked at the license, found my name on the roster, and I got my ballot.

An idea that I've seen mentioned a bit here, and other places as well, is to have one's income tax burden determine one's vote on a sliding scale.  For example, an income tax burden of $0 to $2,500 gets 1/2 vote; above $2,500 but less than $5,000 gets a whole vote. More than $5,000 1.5 votes.

People who have $0 income tax burden (folks getting EITC for example), don't get a vote at all.

Let the people who are actually paying for the operation of government determine who gets to spend the money the government is using.

Not my idea, but I like it.
This too shall pass.

Hey DUmmie, Wouldn't that kinda be a self inflicted wound?  Since most of you idiots live in the same liberal cesspools, you would just be protesting your own people.

I keep a running list in my desk drawer.  Throughout the year, I add certain DUmmies in anticipation of the year-end festivities.  I just added Dkc05 to it, for the Newby award, should we have it.  He has distinguished himself twice today for strongly cheerleading for a Thugocracy.  Seems to take himself seriously, too.  Unless it's a mole.

DUmbasses, the general population is tired of this shit from you.  Polls consistently say that 65% favor ID.  Judges have consistently said that this is reasonable and not burdensome.  You're failing to make this toast, tides, or legs.

I forget where I saw it, it may have been on Brietbart, but anyway they interviewed a bunch of black folks in the DC area and asked them about voter ID, all of them said it was no big deal and a lot of them thought it was a good idea to protect their voting rights. I guess they are like us conservatives and are to stupid to figure out their best interests.  :mental:

Voter ID makes sense, and makes graveyard voting much harder.

It also makes registering in multiple states harder.

As well as same day registration fraud (I 'move in' with my friend who lives in a hotly contested state/district that needs more Democrat votes for a day or two, then decide to move back home.)

This is why primitives dislike it.

I have to wonder how many hard core college Dems vote where they go to school and also where their parents still live. Is there any way currently to see if they are double voting?

I wonder who The Won, would get to enforce a declaration of martial law?
The SEALs?  :???:
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

I'm sure many of the hard-core lefties do, which is wrong. Thankfully, polling shows a considerable majority of college age students forget to vote. I suspect its because Election Day is too close to Thanksgiving, and semester-end exams, and they are all caught up in that.

I like voter ID laws because they upset the DUmpmonkeys and other vermin so much.

But I remain convinced no voter ID requirement will ever influence the outcome of an election.

The fraud that counts is Mayor Daley-style fraud, where tens or hundreds of thousands of votes materialize out of thin air.

That's how Kennedy was elected, so the Cuban counterrevolutionaries were abandoned, so Castro flourished, so the Cuban people have suffered for a half-century.

Mayor Daley-style fraud can happen in blue hellholes just as easily now as it could in 1960.

It could carry Ohio, or Florida, or Pennsylvania.

A handful of ineligible miscreants is irritating but not critical to our political future.

Yes. Suspending the election -over nothing- will so endear the voters to the president. It can only boost Obama's election numbers.

Do it, Mr Hussein Obama. You know you want too. Just willy nilly declare an emergency. everyone will respect your authority.

You get an absentee ballot from your home town and then go register in your college town with your rent and power bill, voilà!

It is possible to run this down but you would have to take check both the home town and college town voting records for each suspect.

Absentee ballots should only be issued to those physically unable to get to the polling place.  Postcards and motor voter?  No way should that happen.

However, as I get older I can see benefit of lowering the drinking age back to 18.  It would make available more low mileage body parts!! :rotf:
