I'm trying to emagine stinkDUde withot any sanitary facilities.
He should change his DUmp handle to "ReeksLikeFreshDogShitDUde".  :-)

I know what would happen if a neighbor offered to let stinkDUde use a bit of power from their Genset.
StinkDUde would fire up every damn thing in the house, just because he thinks he deserves it for free.

A small generator to power AC, a refrigerator and a few lights could be had for under a $1000.  Why is the smellycatdude such a cheap bastard?

Why pay for something when you can use legislation to force others to give up their property, livelihood, and liberty?

Well, here's my take on this, seeing as I'm in Springfield, VA, so about 60 miles from Stinky...

After Snowmageddon in 2010, I told my hubby "we should buy a generator".  We didn't.
After the ice storm in January 2011, when hubby and kids (I was out of town on business) lost power for 24 hours, I said "We should buy a generator".  We didn't.
While waiting for Hurricane Irene last August, I said "We should have bought a generator". We didn't.

In hour 30 of our power outage this weekend, as I threw out a freezer full of meat and veggies, I dropped the drippy, stinky mess on the patio in front of him and said "Go to Home Depot and order a #&%@ generator TODAY!!"  It will be delivered to the store this coming weekend.

My neigbhors have generators, but it didn't occur  to me to ask for a few amps, because we didn't get off our lazy asses and buy one when we should have.  The house stayed quite comfortable (thanks to the new windows we bought last summer), and we were able to stay in communication via my business BlackBerry, which I kept recharged in my big ass, gas-guzzling, Earth-killing SUV.

Power came on at the 37 hour mark, and all is well, except we'll be eating tuna and peanut butter until I get to the store (waiting for roofer right now).

I never once felt that I was living in a third world country, but I did, for a very brief moment, want to send my hubby to one.

You just reminded me, I need to get a generator.
R.I.P. LC and Crockspot.  Miss you guys.

Just a suggestion for those with, or planning on buying a generator.
It's a good idea to add STA-BIL to the fuel tank, especially if you're in an area that only sells "goofy gas".

You must be an amazingly patient woman, most of us would have figured out to slink off and buy one after the first event to avoid all the "I told you sos" from our wives later, even if we never really expected another protracted power outage for the rest of our lives.

Yeah, she finally just had to "put her meat down".

Dropping the bad meat in front of him. :-) If it was $10 a pound WAL-MART steaks it probably didn't influence him much but if it was some $150 a pound deer meat he had killed...now that would get him moving.

We also know if stinky boy had shown a moment of clarity & got a generator, he would be jealously guarding every watt & laughing at his unpowered neighbors.

They put something in the gas tank filler tube years ago to stop thieves from stealing gas....so now they just knock a hole in the bottom of your gas tank to drain it.

Anything to stop the criminal element...EXCEPT...putting them in jail. Lawyers and judges need the revolving door to make a damn good living off the taxpayers.

We will be in the market for a generator after we get moved into our house.  We have only lost power for a couple of hours after a big storm in Phoenix since living in the desert.  Never lost power in Las Vegas yet.  But I know if it ever happens, it would more than likely happen in the summer when we need that power the most.

The answer is simple, pass a tax on people that do not have generators.

Simple solutions for simple minds.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

If one is running a generator, how does one "spare" a few amps for a neighbor?  Do you put it in a measuring cup or something?

The liberal neighbors should just do what OWS did... sneak in when nobody is looking and bogart a few electrical outlets.

I was thinking earlier today and wondered if this is what the average DUmmie is like, then how in the Hell do they think they are going to win the next Civil War/Revolution? They can't even be bothered to get a generator let alone prep for a storm.

Not a tax, a penalty. We need this to cut down on the free riders who want to borrow a cup of amps every time the power is out.  :-)

Typical lib, Stink bemoans the fact that some of his neighbors have generators because they planned ahead, while Mr. DUmbass chose not too install one and is upset that his neighbors won't power his house out of the kindness of their heart.  What a f-tard  :loser:.

Even worse he feels entitled to some amps from the people who planned ahead.

I guess he is just emulating his dear leader, and won't work for something when you can get it for free.

If I was the neighbor of such said DUmmy I would gladly give him all the amps I could...........as long as it was wired directly into his stupid ass. :-)

the few souls running their generators while not offering a few amps to anyone else.

Did DUmmie ever think that maybe they don't have any amps to spare....does DUmmie think a 4,000 watt genset will run a whole neighborhood?
4000 watts won't even run a house!
