I'm not a big fan of democrats or commies but I fully support FDRs Lend-Lease program to the USSR.

You guys sure do have a lot of faith in Romney. I did, until yesterday. I thought for sure Roberts was going to oppose this. He didn't. Hell, from what I've been hearing, he essentially rewrote the damn thing to allow it. He was appointed by Bush, who was, for the most part, to the right of Romney. I fear that it doesn't matter who the hell wins. The supreme will be full retard left as soon as Kennedy or Scalia or both either retire or die and the nation as we know it will be done. I have the choice between a giant douche and a turd sandwich. No, I'm NOT voting for Paul. I'll wind up voting for Romney, but if he doesn't do exactly what he says he's going to do, I'm done with my loose affiliation with the Republican party.

I have a question for you and this may be a good candidate for a poll.  Is there a candidate past or present with an R after their name that you just could not in good conscience hold your nose and pull the lever for?  We accuse the DUmmies of blindly voting but it remains to be seen if we are any better.

That's easy...Ron Paul.

Hardly. Since Paul isn't the Republican nominee, how do you deduce that Paul would even come into the picture?

My differences with Romney are more than just a single issue (the AWB is a big sticking point with me). Unlike the losers that inhabit the island of DU I will not be put into a position where I have to be constantly twisting into a knot defending my vote or be put into a position of perpetual disappointment.

Seriously?  YES.

With "reasoning" like that...you're no better than the DUmmies.

You 100%'ers are a large part of the reason we're in the mess we're in with the GOP.  And you'll be 100% of the reason IMHO that we lose this election if Obama (God forbid) wins again.

The stop was in reference to the intellectually dishonest BS about my decision not to vote for Romney then I must "prefer" Obama or that "Obama thanks me for my non vote".  That's just crap.

Well the way I see it you would prefer for Obama to win over voting for Romney. I on the otherhand prefer to vote for Romney over Obama winning. I just hope there are more people who prefer to get Obama out than who will sit out and help Obama get another four years.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

I did, dick:

I'd vote for Gary Johnson over Ron Paul.

"I'd", a "conjunction" meaning I would, vote for Gary Johnson, previous Republican primary candidate, over Ron Paul, current Republican primary candidate who won't go away.

Translated: If Gary Johnson was running against Ron Paul in the GENERAL ELECTION, I would vote for Gary Johnson.

If you need more help, I'll break out the Blue Horse paper and crayons.

The problem is I have faith in Obama destroying us further. I have hope that Romney with a conservative congress can reverse some of the damage. So as you can see my faith is not in Romney.

100% no, I would settle for 50% if it were on the right issues. Compromise is a cancer in the GOP if we had no values then we would be democrats and Mitt is just another step leap in that direction.

Yea it will be my fault if Obama wins not that the GOP put up a Shit candidate.  :whatever:

Well, didn't take CC too long to become like the DUmp. Disagree with RINO's and get labeled a Skinhead. What next, gonna tell people to enjoy their pizza? Yeah, that's what we wanted when we started this place. I remember the early talks. "Look guys, what we're striving for here is to create a board that walks lockstep. It works at DU, so it should work here".

Good God. Just because someone doesn't like Romney they're a skinhead or a Ron Paul voter. For ****s sake. Never thought my disdain for Ron Paul was such a state secret.

What possible good does it do, at this point, to puff up your chest & declare you are not going to vote for Romney?  Do you feel it would be better if we all joined you?  What is your point?
