OK, lessee if I have this right...

1) Barak has no control, nor can he influence the price of gasoline.

2)Barak's EPA is now gonna fine refiners for not using a fuel additive that nobody makes (ie, nonexistant, vaporware, etc.).

3)Barak's EPA and Dept. of the Interior have instituted regulations on oil drilling, finally releasing acreage for leasing.

4) The price of fuel was below $2.00 when Barak took office.

Therefore, we must thank Barak now that the price per gallon is now hovering at the 3.50 mark.
