When they said full vote, did they mean that all of congress has to agree with it? If that is the case, he won't be brought up on anything.
Full vote of the House only. As of now, only the Oversight Committee has voted to find Holder in contempt.
Majority vote in the House only is my understanding.
o.k. I am still confused. When they say full vote, what do they mean? Does it mean the whole house to vote Yeah? Or is it just all the Republicans in the house who have to vote for it?
O.k. That makes more sense. When they say full, it makes me think that the whole house has to vote for it.

the entire House. And since the entire House has a Republican majority, chances are pretty damned good that Holder will be found in contempt, even if Dems and Repubs vote party line, with a few who jump the fence.It seems they have the votes -- all of that has already been vetted, I'm sure.
And when Holder is found guilty of contempt the DOJ, RUN by Holder...oh...never mind. The entire thing will be swept under the rug, or found to be innocent...
Obama will pardon him before he leaves office.
To say nothing of the Pardon he's reserved for himself.
Unfortunately, Romny will have to give that one & he will. SHIT!!

The only way Obama would get pardoned is if Biden would happen to get elected, or if Obama quits and leaves Biden as President, neither of which will ever happen.
It won't go to the Senate. According to what I've been hearing on Hannity, after Holder is charged with contempt of Congress, it goes straight to the 4th (DC) Circuit. It gets tried under a real federal judge, not Whorehouse Harry Reid and his clowns.
