I would turn the channel when you came in as well. From what I would make on you when you come in to buy your MD 20/20 and Thunderbird by the truck load my kid could go to college twice.

I've been to many liquor stores in many states and countries and I have yet to see one that has a television running for their customers.  I call bullshit on the boxed wine buying DUmbass.
"We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and then bid the geldings to be fruitful."

C.S. Lewis

A community may possess all the necessary moral qualifications, in so high a degree, as to be capable of self-government under the most adverse circumstances; while, on the other hand, another may be so sunk in ignorance and vice, as to be incapable of forming a conception of liberty, or of living, even when most favored by circumstances, under any other than an absolute and despotic government.

John C Calhoun, "Disquisition on Government", 1840

What's the word ?
Thunderbird
What's the reason ?
Drinking season
What's the price ?
Two dimes twice
Who drinks the most ?
Colored folks

Before all the thought, and hate speech police break down my door, I didn't say what color. Also you will note, that none of those words are on my list of banned words, or even in consideration.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

I see you've never met Eastern Europeans.

A pastier, whiter group of alcholics never existed.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

But, remember, we're talking about T-bird. Not just any ordinary alcoholic beverage.

What is it with the moonbat penchant for silencing opposing points of view through financial extortion, legislation or physical force? With very few exceptions would I refuse to patronize a business because of the owners or other customers' beliefs, assuming I even knew them, which I likely wouldn't. It would have to be something very egregious and even then it wouldn't be for the express purpose of hurting them financially but because I just wouldn't want to keep personal company with them. I certainly wouldn't feel compelled to make an ostentatious showing of what I was doing.

Do they really think they're changing anyone's mind even if they do succeed in shutting down expressions of thought? It just seems childish to me.

Ripple.

Ripple- I was introduced to this fine wine at Ft Dix in 1980. The Teamsters were on strike, so no beer deliveries. The EM Club sold Ripple for $1 a bottle.

I still shudder thinking about it.

dandi, if you are on twitter, check out some of the hashtags like #stoprush or #stopbeck.  They are not complaining about Rush and Glenn, they spend all day, everyday trying to get them off of the air.  They don't recognize fascism whilst practicing it.

Well said and pretty much what I was thinking while reading the bouncy.   For a group that likes to preach tolerance, they sure don't seem very tolerant.
