One of my minor moles participated on a DUmp jury the other night

So I figured why not, lets see what it's all about. This was in my DU Mail inbox when I got finished.

I went into DUmmy mode and guessed at the right vote, and we let the comment stand by a 4 to 2 margin.

The whole process was surreal, it felt like passing notes in class back in Jr. high. The place has become even more of a joke than ever.

What's nice though, you lurking DUmmies, is that now moles can now sit in judgment of you on your own little web site.

They don't see the irony in this  They claim to be for free speech, unless you have what they consider the "wrong speech".  Then they want to shut you up.

I honestly don't understand why anyone would want to hide a post. If the person is a habitual PITA, ban them or humiliate them in public by bringing their posts out in the open for all to see.  If it is offensive, let the members voice their grievances by responding to the OP.  The responses should tell lurkers and the members that the poster is an ass. By hiding posts it just shows the DU/left as the fascists that they are.

I haven't had an opportunity to serve on a jury yet but I do so enjoy keeping some of the more idiotic stuff on the front page as long as I can.

My mole was asked to serve on a jury, but I declined. Surprised me since I have less than 50 posts. I need to work on that.
