I don't know anything about this congressman, other than he was 77 years old and he served 12 f'n terms in the House, and he died of cancer.
Let's look at this again:
The man was 77 years old.
He served 12 TERMS in Congress. That's 24 YEARS.
I am beginning to really, truly, absolutely, and completely despise career politicians.

Why did this man choose to serve FAR beyond a normal retirement age? Power, pure and simple. It's all about power.
This guy might've been the world's best great-grandfather, but as far as I'm concerned he wore out his welcome six terms ago. I guess it's a good thing I don't live in NJ, eh?
