Pfft...overpriced chain crap anyway.
And actually, Joe's Crab Shack is it's own chain, not part of Red Lobster, which is the suck ass in and of itself. But that's another thread.
Actually never seen the attraction in eating sea bugs like crab and lobster, outside of a camping/survival situation. To me, what very little flavor they have is a slightly unpleasant hint of pungency, like ammonia.
There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site
I actually like crabs...but with a hippie looking wait staff with the footprint of the American chicken on their tye-dyed t-shirts, they probably have the wrong KIND of crabs there.
Oh, and molluscs. Raw oysters, plain ole saltines, and Krystal hot sauce topped off with a cold beer is heaven.
Oh God Bless. Only Krystal. The only thing I would add is a splash of lemon.
I'm a crustacean-eating mofo.
Does that include crawdads ?
Oh, and molluscs. Raw oysters, plain ole saltines, and Crystal hot sauce topped off with a cold beer is heaven.
HELL TO THE YEAH!!!I'm from Mississippi. I grew up on these events:
Damn, I spelled it wrong.
I have bben to Joe's Crab Shack and if it is the same shirt I saw way back in 2003 then this is whats on the shirt. I saw it as something else not an Homage to the Hippie movement.Front.http://www.rustyzipper.com/full/163744-M47173L.jpg
There is a Joe's Crab Shack here in Mission Valley but it is very disappointing, small portions and poor quality. The only thing I like is their fried clams with a cold beer at happy hour. They also make a nice banana foster dessert.
