Nothing I can mention here. O-) :-)

Thirty 25-pound bags of cat litter, to see the cats through the winter.

Ooops, I already got that, as requested, for Christmas.

In my wildest fantasies, a patch of land--say, circa 2560 acres--in the Sandhills.

In my moderate fantasies, I suppose, a new car.

In my mildest fantasies, the collected works of Clare Boothe Luce.

In my most-realistic fantasies, quitting smoking.

We'll see.

(Don't mean to put a damper on everybody else's wishes; franksolich is just that way.)

I'll be realistic...a couple of pair of Levis 501's.

But if I wasn't realistic, a week of this:

Coach, I could go for a couple of yours, but I'd annotate them.  For example:

In my wildest fantasies . . . 3200 acres of prime forest land in the Adirondacks.

In my moderate fantasies, a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for me and a Toyota Sienna for my wife.

Mildest fantasies?  A Kel-Tec SU-2000, 9mm, that takes Beretta mags (I'm working on this).

Most realistic fantasies?  Seeing my wife and daughter happy (which, for the most part, they are).

Right now, I'd settle for my voice back!

1)  How about one thing for once that I didn't have to specify with the minutest of details, and write down on paper, including source?

2)  A little more Christmas spirit.  This year, I seem to be having troubles with it.  That's not like me.

I'd echo Karin's request for more Christmas spirit.
As for material things I'm hoping for,
A special 2- Disc DVD of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2' that can only be found in Wal- Mart (A DVD with all the special features of the Blu- Ray, plus the added bonus of pissing off DUmmies by getting something from Wal- Mart),
a book, 'Mr. Monk on the Couch,' by Lee Goldberg (The latest entry in his series of novels based on the TV series 'Monk'),
Maybe a gift card for Gamestop, as I finally just got an Xbox 360.
