The odd thing is, these kinds of games with wordsmanship, along with the fourteen different kinds of titles that essentially mean nothing, for example:

"Materials Examiner and Identifier", meaning "Fork Lift Operator"

actually work. People get little warm 'n fuzzies about that kinda shit.

"Federal family", for someone not paying attention (arguably a HUGE chunk of our population, especially those who are trying real hard to find a job, or take the kids to soccer practice, or dance lessons, or watch "Dance With the Stars"), actually sounds human and accommodating. Just the kind of thing that Barry isn't, but is trying very hard to portray.
