Hell, I just found out about this yesterday because I'm having some serious issues due to this pinched nerve. That's as much heads up as I got.

we are breaking down, Thor........I started throwing up yesterday about 10am and it's now every 30 minutes I am puking regardless of what I eat/drink.  I thought it was done as my last puke was at 6am but it just came back with avengence at 9:30am (much more yellow puke).

Have I grossed you out yet?  :panic:

My commute is ten minutes.

My commute is ten minutes.

My AM commute is 30-40 minutes, depending on accidents and traffic lights.  My PM commute?  An hour is a good evening.

I have lost 30 since my high weight. Down to 176 last weekend. My goal is another 10. Congrats on your weight loss success. Now keep it off !
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.
