effective today, 100 lbs lost!!! :-)
A year & 4 days

That is amazing!  I used to weigh 250 and now I am a svelte 150.  It's hard to do but easy to keep up if you really get in the groove.   :-*  So proud of you I could just kiss ya! :-*

Congrats to all you losers  :cheersmate:

I guess I've been blessed with always having a high metabolism rate. have always been able to maintain a constant weight except for a couple periods of weight gain in my life. strange thing about my weight gain periods is they have always been in about 20 pound increments. were all primarily in muscle mass except for this last twenty.

I've known a few folks who have lost serious weight, including my ex. She lost around 100 pounds in ten months.

Was fun to go clothes shopping with her but grocery shopping was out. I don't care what's in it as long as it taste good.  :whatever:
It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

I live by Atkins.  I eat everything I want but sweets and bread which I never cared for anyway.  I want for nothing in foods.

My dad always said 'If it ain't meat n tatters it ain't supper', with me it's 'If it ain't Meat n Tatters & bread it ain't supper". The sweet thing i go in binges. It's been yrs since the ex lost her weight she did get to the point she eats pretty much what she wants, still healthy foods though.for awhile she was down right anal about it. I didn't complain though, those size 3 and 4 nighties looked just fine laying on the bedroom floor.

Last time I weighed myself (last week) I was down to 210. BRB with a current weight measurement.........

209.6 at the moment.... I seem to be holding around this 210 mark. Not too bad for being 6'4".

I've been in considerable pain over the last month. I have a pinched nerve in my neck which is giving me ALL kinds of grief. If you've noticed, I ain't even been on Facebook all that much until this past weekend. Then there are some other issues going on.  :(

BTW, my goal was 220. Now I'm having to eat extra just to maintain my weight. Dunno WTH is going on. I wish it had been this simple 20+ years ago.

That's gotta be it.

Thor, does your asshole itch? I've seen dogs that have worms. Almost without exception, they drag their butts on the ground. Do you do that?
