I guess I've been blessed with always having a high metabolism rate. have always been able to maintain a constant weight except for a couple periods of weight gain in my life. strange thing about my weight gain periods is they have always been in about 20 pound increments. were all primarily in muscle mass except for this last twenty.

I've known a few folks who have lost serious weight,including my ex. She lost around 100 pounds in ten months.

Was fun to go clothes shopping with her but grocery shopping was out. I don't care what's in it as long as it taste good.  :whatever:

Last time I weighed myself (last week) I was down to 210. BRB with a current weight measurement.........


209.6 at the moment.... I seem to be holding around this 210 mark. Not too bad for being 6'4".

I've been in considerable pain over the last month. I have a pinched nerve in my neck which is giving me ALL kinds of grief. If you've noticed, I ain't even been on Facebook all that much until this past weekend. Then there are some other issues going on.  :(

BTW, my goal was 220. Now I'm having to eat extra just to maintain my weight. Dunno WTH is going on. I wish it had been this simple 20+ years ago.
