You can ban people from drinking water? Which country is Washington DC located?
You can on the Metro - no eating or drinking on the platforms or in the trains.
I understand eating and sodas, but banning water?

The police state is trying to regulate almost EVERY aspect of your lives and intimidate you into utter submission. If you think this is hyperbole, then you are already in the sheep pen.
What a Freeper!
I understand eating and sodas, but banning water? Ridiculous. Guess I am just a spoiled little brat. I go no where without a bottle of water in my hand. Even the stores that have "No Food/Drink Allowed" signs allow you to bring your water in.
