4. Totally offensive
from a religious point of view. Orthodox Jews, myself included, do not even say G-d outside of actual prayer, but use the Hebrew of "The Name, " HaShem instead. There is a problem with our money because G-d is written on it; it must not be exposed in immodest situations, e.g., when using the bathroom.
But I haven't said the pledge since the Viet Nam war.
How can an Orthodox Jew, in good conscience, be a member of a site that hates Jews?

14. Yes, when it is unavoidable that I stand for the pledge, I do not say those words.
Because I do not make "pledges" about things
that I do not believe.
That would be "lying".
How can somebody who dislikes lying, in good conscience, be a member of a site that constantly lies? Unless, of course, it is lying about its stance on lying.
