There are outlet covers with locks if someone wants to keep people from using their juice. How much electricity does a cell phone even use to charge? That is just evil.
For such a cold place, Bangor has a lot of bums. I used to live there, and they were forever bumming smokes off people leaving restaurants downtown. They weren't the obvious schizo types, either. They looked like normal young guys.
