 :panic:  I love that little guy too!   And what would we do without  :mental:  And I like our  :lmao:  so much better than the DUmp's.  Theirs just irritates me. 

We had an nice 4th; BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, potato salad, pasta salad, beer, and fireworks (smuggled from down South).

I blew my weekend reading, eating, and sleeping.  Almost done with Game of Thrones... looks like I'll have to hunt down book #2 today or tomorrow.

It's much better than I gave it credit for when I started reading it.  I'm on page 300-something now and it's a nail-biter.

I threw out my back on Saturday morning, while over at church watering the two gardens I have there.  I had just started.  By Monday morning, my torso was canted maybe 10 degrees to the left, and my right hip was hurting like Hell if I tried to walk too fast.  I told my wife that she and The Heiress had to go to their family's camp.  They went, even though my wife got misplaced (lost) on the way back and showed up home about 90 minutes later than she should have.  I wasn't going to call the State Police to look for her (yet), but . . .

Yesterday, I went to my chiropractor and he folded, spindled, and mutilated my body into feeling better.  I'm still a tad sore.

Mrs. E alerted me of the presence of Mr. Muskrat in the pond. While I'm a' grillin', I'll be a'chillin' waiting to put Mr. Muskrat on ice.   :mad:

Well, he did have all day. But that was it. Caught the little bastard over on the peninsula. Snuck over and saw him scuttling along in the water.
