 In front of witnesses, at work. Now, I'm curious whether or not he's gonna be wanting state assistance to pay his bills since he was stupid enough to do something like this and get fired. My bet is, now that HE needs help, he will be all for collecting the money he paid into the system, the so called 'entitlement welfare' that he bitched about every day.

11. I did almost get fired,
 but I have filed multiple complaints about workplace harassment on this guy because he was always picking fights with me verbally over politics. I got a write up. No big deal.

This is exactly why we need loser pays in this country.  The DUmmie sees no problem with the attorney working for free to do his bidding and has NO regard for the other person who is going to be out legal fees at the very least.

Workers pay no part of workers unemployment benefits.

DUmmies think because they pay half their SocSec witholding that they pay taxes, unemployment, workers comp., you name it and they have "paid" for it and therefore they owe me..

BINGO! HI5 IIRC in 1995 or there about as many people were graduating law school in a year as there were total working lawyers. I'm pretty sure that is when the decline of the USA went into hyper drive.

Saw a TV program several years ago on that very subject. Japan had a grand total a population of about 50 million and 25,000 lawyers that handled all legal issues in that nation. We had a population of 250 million and graduated 25,000 lawyers every year. They all had to go out and find someone to sue to make a living.

I've got paystubs from SoCal Edison stating otherwise.  Same with workman's comp insurance.  I had deductions for both out of my check.

I don't think it is legal to charge you for WC premiums.   Are you sure it wasn't a STD or LTD policy?
