Did you know that after your resume is posted, it keeps "sinking" farther and farther down? I did not know this. And according to this instructor neither do about 98% of people who have a resume posted on one of these sites. The solution? Every week, go to where your resume is posted and do an update on it. The update can be a real update, or it can simply be changing something and then changing it back. The point is, there will be some activity on your resume. What this does is bump your resume back up to the top of the pile so it has a better chance of being viewed by prospective employers. Even if you have an excellent resume, employers will only look at so many and if yours is way down it may not get looked at. So remember to update weekly to keep it bumped up to the top of the list.

Job-seeking advice from a DUmmie is about as valuable as instruction in motor vehicle operation from a Kennedy.
Or alcohol and drug addiction.
