Didn't want to compete with the Yanks?  Doubtful.  Their seasons are always squirrely.  Hopefully they will show the Oliver episode in repeats.  I would love to have that one recorded.

I've got it recorded.  Series 10, Episode 4.    That one ranks right up there with the Vietnam and English Channel challenges.

Wait, who am I kidding?  They're all great.  :cheersmate:

Had mine planned 30 seconds after I heard it was happening.

To be fair, the people we are going with have probably been planning it that long as well, I am just riding on someone else's coatstrings.  And, I am ok with that.   :hyper:

We had a tread about American TOP GEAR awhile back and most of us said it looked like it would suck.

There's been a couple.  I remember starting one of them.

These guys looks like a couple of putzes.  I don't care how well that other guy "drifts", drifting is not racing.

'Wheeler Dealers' needs more exposure here.  I know you ladies would love Edd.  He's handy and he's 6' 6".

Me, I just love the cars.

Pretty much.  A semi-controlled slide.  Yawn.

To be quite frank, I like the cars better than the guys.  Although sometimes the guys are cool.   :-)

Next year's vacation will be at Bonneville, if everything works out right. I am not a car nut, just dating one.  It kinda rubbed off.  I didn't have a choice!

We're not watching it... at least not me.  My husband will probably watch it.  But why?  I mean, there are only a certain amount of cars I'm willing to watch while they are being driven fast and hard.  What is the American version going to bring to the table?  All of the same cars, just driven by different people?  No thanks.

BBC America started playing the FULL version of the shows now.  :)

Although the season is over, it's nice to know BBC isn't cutting episodes short.
