We're looking for smart, friendly people to join our crew of DU moderators. The pay is not very good, but the people are great and the experience can be very rewarding. So, apparently you're outsourcing the moderator positions these days, eh Skinner? I'd dare say you ain't finding many meeting these stringent qualifications on the Island.

Uh oh! Someone is having a hard time finding mods! Many people are done with that place, so it doesn't surprise me one bit. The people that did volunteer are either past mods who serve every term, or are too crazy to be mod.
