Hey, now that's not fair.  He did show up at Camp Victory, once and ran for Al Faw Palace then ran away as fast as he could.  He claimed he couldn't make it down to meet with the Iraqi government due to dust.  Which was news to me, Liberty Pad had helicopters coming and going the entire time he was there.  Just for reference, I could DRIVE from Liberty Pad to the Green Zone in a bit less than thirty minutes, even accounting for screwed up roads guard posts, and security walls.
