Liberal FOX viewership will double...... :rotf:

Everyone of the DUmmies will be watching Beck this afternoon, since Sarah is on for the whole hour.  Everyone of them will say they happened to catch part of it while flipping channels.

I love Sarah mostly because she has got the left in such a dither...hoping she will continue to help stir up conservatives into getting active and vocal. I do have one concern that I have not seen voiced. My gut tells me Glen Beck is leaning to start up a third party and he has Sarah in mind for it. Anyone else have this feeling??..Im afraid a third party would kill our chances in 2010.

Glenn isn't interested in either of the parties, a third party, or the outcome of the 2010 or 2012 elections.  I agree: I think even if the Republicans pull down huge victories in 2010, we're setting ourselves up for disappoinment if we believe it's going to significantly change the death spiral we have been locked into. (Whether we arive at the edge of the cliff at 120 MPH or 45 MPH makes no difference if BOTH parties are intent on driving us off the ******* cliff.)

Your fears regarding Glenn are unfounded, ma'am.

The perfect is the enemy of the good.

We need to try to at least effectively contest possession of the steering wheel instead of just sticking our thumbs up our asses, cowering in the back seat, and muttering 'It's going over the cliff no matter what, what's the use?'

The Tea Party is not going to be an 'Effective' means if it walks on the GOP, and the GOP is not going to be an 'Effective' means if it ignores and disses them to the point they feel they have to do that.

If we don't at least break the filibuster-proof majority with 3-5 seats to spare (To account for some of our more DINO-oriented Senators) we are totally f*cked.

Sarah Palin won't have to say anything stupid. The leftist media will just make something up. The Politico today has already done that. It's not like anyone actually watched the show, I guess. lol.

I'm not asking for perfect, sir.  I'm asking for someone with enough common sense to turn the *******ed wheel.  All I've seen of the Republican party are useless time-servers who are more interested in rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic than they are in throttling back the out of control spending that will have us looking like Zimbabwe, writ large, in far less time than any of them think it's coming.

At this point, it's too late to achieve the results that are needed by inserting a third party into the mix.  However the Republicans haven't 'hit bottom' yet, and that means they haven't had the 'come to Jesus' moment necessary for them to govern/legislate significantly differently than they were before the 2006 change-over.  Ergo, it doesn't matter which party is in control, we're still pointed for the cliff's edge, and all they're arguing about is how fast we get there.

The truth of that are the "hit" pieces that have been on the big three this week. I can't remember the guys name but he just "had" to come out and tell how she ruined McCain's chances (nevermind that the public loved her) because of how unprepared she supposedly was. I guess that it diden't matter that most conservatives know McCain for the asshole that he is.

When folks worry about the Tea Party movement wrecking the GOP's chances in 2010, are they thinking of the NY 23rd?  This was a special case, a very egregious case, of a ComSymp ACORNista posing as a Republican.  It simply could not stand.
If a GOP candidate backs the constitution and common sense, and knows a thing or two about business and the economy, and realizes who he's working for, the tea partiers will rally.

I agree completely, and to take the thought a bit further, I think that she has decided that her future lies in making herself financially successful, instead of advancing politically........I think she has scrapped the idea of higher office completely, and will proceed to make herself wealthy, and become a lightening rod for the conservative movement.

She can likely do conservatives and herself a lot more good as a political pundit than suffering the wrath of liberals should she decide to run for office again.......if you are going to be a "target" you might as well be extremely well paid for it.......

Certainly worked for Maha Rushie! Heh, heh! Every time he opens his mouth, a head explodes at the DUmp! I see Sarah providing the same service. Now THAT's Patriotism!

I believe most TeaPartiers are more into taking BACK the Repub party rather than starting a third. Most are smart enough to realize a 3rd party would give us perpetual DimWit rule.

I would agree with the assessment of the TeaPartier's ambitions.  Call me a pessimist if you must, but I don't think even that goal is realistic though, without the 'come to Jesus' moment among the GOP leadership.  So I expect 'Steady on Course' to be the order of the day, regardless of the outcome in November.

That's the way I see it. If Sarah runs, she will win the nomination. Then all the established Repubs will vote for her; they may not like her brand of politics but they like Obummer's less.

I'm sincerely hoping the 2010 elections will give us the moment you speak of. If they're too ignorant to understand, you may be right, and eventually we're headed over the cliff!

Sarah's not the nominee we're looking for. The MSM has been too successful in polarizing her with the independents. She needs to campaign for others for a few years and let it cool down.

I don't think the nominee has yet to see the light of day. We need a cross between Fred Thompson and Attila the Hun! In other words, we need someone with the balls to stand up to Repubs and lunatics alike! Ya know, kinda like Uncle Ronnie!

I can hope can't I? It worked for One Big Ass Mistake America, didn't it?
